Wrong score or wrong date? Fastest fix

Don't email — send it through the score form. It reaches the board directly and doesn't wait on me reading anything. Email is for everything the form can't handle.

Your school's reporting code

Every KHSAA school has one permanent code. With it, anyone in your program can post a score in about ten seconds — including live, mid-game.

Email from your school or district address and I'll send it back, usually the same day. That isn't bureaucracy: the code lets whoever holds it publish a score statewide under your school's name, so it doesn't go out to an address I can't tie to the school.

A schedule that's missing or wrong

Send it in whatever form you already have it.

A PDF, a screenshot, a photo of a sheet of paper on a desk. I'll type it in. You don't need to format it, put it in a spreadsheet, or make it tidy first — the version you already have is the version I want.

Rosters and player stats

Game pages can carry passing, rushing and receiving stats.

Send me your roster and I'll handle the entry, which is how names get spelled right. If you'd rather enter stats yourself, say so and I'll walk you through the box score form.

Something about a student athlete

These get answered first, ahead of everything else.

A name spelled wrong, a name you want taken down, or anything about a minor on this site: email and it's dealt with. A parent or guardian asking for a name to be removed doesn't need a reason and won't be asked for one. The privacy policy spells this out in full.

Media, radio and coverage

If you broadcast or write about Kentucky high school sports, this is probably useful to you.

Scores are free to use and quote. If you want a nightly roundup you can paste, or a link to point people at instead of building your own scoreboard graphic every week, ask — that's easy to set up and I'd rather it existed than not.

Advertising and sponsorship

Local businesses, one per area, on the pages for schools near them.

It's a small site and the pricing reflects that. Nothing that covers the scores, nothing that follows people around the internet. Email and I'll tell you honestly what the traffic is before you decide.

A bug, or a page that looks broken

Worth reporting even if it seems small.

Tell me what page and what you expected to see. A screenshot helps more than a description. This site is maintained by one person, and "that's been wrong for weeks and I assumed you knew" is the thing I'd most like to prevent.

How fast you'll hear back

Usually the same day, occasionally the next. Friday nights during the season are the exception — the scoreboard gets attention first and the inbox waits until Saturday. Anything involving a student athlete's name jumps the queue regardless.

There's no contact form here on purpose. A form would mean collecting your details into a database I'd then be responsible for. A plain email address does the same job and leaves the record of the conversation with you, in your own sent folder.
